1. How does the process work?

2. What is the one-time investment?

The one-time investment is a setup fee for $250, which covers behavioral & cognitive assessments, intentional matching, reviewing results with the client, and providing personalized insights of how to best work together.

We do this to ensure you have the right-fit from the start, and avoid wasting your time by suggesting someone that doesn't work well for, or with you. 

3. Is the one-time investment fee required?

Yes, it is required. By making this investment, you're ensuring that you’re paired with a VA who is not only qualified but will also work well within your business culture. It also gives you insights into how to best collaborate with your VA, making the partnership more effective from the start.

4. Is the one-time investment refundable?

If we pair you with a VA that does not seem to be a fit after assessing the match, we work to find a fit within our network. If we do not have the personnel, the one-time investment fee can be partially refunded. 

5. How do you vet your virtual assistants?

All virtual assistants go through a standard recruiting & interview process, through applying, screening, interviewing, and asking clarifying questions throughout the matching process on their specific skill set and experience with different platforms & technologies. 

6. What happens if a VA is not a good fit?

If the VA begins the service and does not seem to be a good fit, or if the virtual structure is not a good fit for you, you can cancel the service at any time from auto-renewing the following month, with communication to your VA. 

Any payments already made are non-refundable, due to compensating the VA for the work they had completed, regardless of how far into the service month it was.

7. Do I need to sign a contract?

No long-term commitments are required! Once you’re matched with a VA, you can choose from a range of flexible service packages to book the hours and services you need. If you wish to continue working together, we’re happy to support you with ongoing services on a month-to-month basis.

8. How do I book services with my VA after being matched?

Once we pair you with a virtual assistant, we will coordinate an introductory call between you and the virtual assistant to meet face-to-face (virtually, of course!). This will be the last step of the process before you officially book our services. 

In the meeting, if you would like to move forward, let the VA know and we will send next steps in booking your service package upon the date of your choosing (and agreed upon with your VA). 

9. Are your virtual assistants local?

We prioritize localized matching, giving you the benefit of working with someone who understands the local business landscape and community. This local focus ensures that you get personalized, high-quality support.

10. If my VA isn't available for part of a service month due to vacation or time off, can I have another VA step in?

Our VAs are guaranteed flexibility in their schedule as long as it is communicated and agreed-upon with the client upfront. If you are aware of an upcoming vacation that your VA has, you are always welcome to pause the service for a month (aka cancel the service) until the VA returns to a normal schedule, or work their hours into other weeks.

Our services are strictly with the VA that you are matched with, due to the intricate process of ensuring they are the best fit for your organization.

11. What if I need a service that my VA can't provide?

We always aim to address these needs up-front, prior to matching, so that we pair you with someone who best fits the administrative skills you require. If there are certain tasks or skills that the VA does not meet, you would be aware prior to booking and decide if it is something you need or could delegate to another team member. 

12. Can I hire multiple VAs?

Yes, you can hire multiple VAs to handle different tasks or projects. Each VA will have their own package and hour availability.

15. Can I pause my services if I don't need them temporarily?

If you choose to pause your VA services, keep in mind that the VA may start working for another employer in the meantime that would reduce their available hours.
